Monthly management packages begin with an initial three-month commitment and then go onto a monthly rolling contract that can be cancelled with 30 days notice. This gives me enough time to understand your audience, establish a consistent approach and gather meaningful performance data.
No ethical marketer can guarantee specific results. Social media performance is affected by your offer, pricing, reputation, website, customer service, marketing conditions, and marketing budget, as well as the content itself. What I do promise is a strategic, research-informed approach designed to improve attention, trust, recognition, and action.
An original content piece is one main feed post, such as static graphic, carousel, or edited piece of client-supplied video. Posting the same core content across compatible platforms counts as cross-posting, and may class as only one platform in terms of the packages.
One story set contains up to three connected story frames published together around one topic. Where agreed, unused content may roll over for one month but does not accumulate indefinitely.
Clients are expected to provide some or all content if possible, such as suitable photographs, video clips, business information, and updates by the agreed deadline. However, if you are short on content I can create content to stand in on the times there isn't available content. I can provide basic content shoots on a half day or full day basis for a separate charge or recommend someone more advanced if the content needed is above my photography and video skill range.
Unless a content shoot has been agreed, reel creation covers editing footage supplied by the client. It does not include filming, advanced animation, professional voiceovers or extensive production. I can however create basic reels from stock, CapCut, or Canva images/videos if needed as a stand in between awaiting fresh content.
Each monthly content batch includes one round of reasonable amendments. A reasonable amendment might involve adjusting wording, replacing an image, or correcting information. Complete changes of direction, additional concepts, or repeated revisions may be charged separately.
Content will be supplied for approval (should you choose to be involved) according to the schedule agreed during onboarding. Feedback and approvals must be returned by the stated deadline. Delayed information or approval may result in content being postponed, and the original payment will still apply.
Engagement is only included where specifically stated in your package. The allocated time may be used to respond to suitable comments, interact with relevant accounts or support community activity. It does not include round-the-clock monitoring, customer-service management or replying to private enquiries that require input from your business. Additional engagement can be purchased separately.
Email and WhatsApp support is available during normal business hours, with replies normally provided within one working day. Calls must be arranged in advance. Additional meetings, urgent work and support outside the agreed package may incur an extra charge.
I can respond to straightforward comments or messages where this is included. Questions about bookings, complaints, prices, private customer details or business decisions will be passed back to you.
Packages can be paused with a months notice.
Once all invoices have been paid, you may continue using the completed and approved content created for your business. Editable design files, working documents, templates, licensed stock assets and strategy materials are not included unless agreed separately.
I invoice on the 28th of the month with payment due by the last day of the month. Invoices that remain unpaid more than 7 days later than that will incur interest. One off projects will normally require full payment before work begins.
The best results come from collaboration! You’ll need to provide accurate information, suitable brand assets, photographs or footage, timely feedback and updates about your business. I’ll bring the strategy, psychology and content expertise, but sadly, even neuromarketing can’t read your mind.
